About your event
Room capacity
The size of the group determines the hall selection.

Large banquet hall Bodensee: for at least 75 people
- Hall Thurgau: section of hall with a lake view for 60 to 70 people
- Hall St. Gallen: section of hall with a lake view for 30 to 60 people
Hiring the entire hall (280 m2) requires a minimum turnover of CHF 10,000. The difference to the consumed turnover is charged as the hire price of the hall.
Menu consultation

Menu cards
Menu cards are printed by us free of charge in the form of the current Bad Horn menus. For special design requests or colour printing, we charge a minimum of CHF 2.00 per menu card, depending on the level of detail.
General Terms and Conditions
Contract
The banquet contract is legally valid with the signed reservation confirmation. Please take note of our general terms and conditions.
Advance payment
After the menu consultation, we will charge you the menu price multiplied by the number of people. If the amount of the invoice is not credited to our accounts at least 7 days before the date of the event, we will cancel the event. We regret that the sum of the invoice will remain payable as a cancellation fee.
Number of people
Please notify us of the final number of participants at least 14 days before the event. Deviations of more than 5% in the number of participants confirmed until 48 hours before the event will be charged in full (hotel rooms, menus ordered and flat-rate fees).

An arrangement is understood to be the menu price multiplied by the number of people attending as per the definitive booking confirmation. If no menu was selected, the fee is charged at CHF 70 per guest.

Price details
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include service and VAT. The tourism levy is not included in the price and amounts to CHF 2.50 per person.
The Hotel Bad Horn reserves the right to request payment of a deposit.
Any price adjustments and changes are reserved.
Important additional information
Closing times
The official licensing times are until 2.00 am on Fridays and Saturdays, free of charge, and at 12.00 am on all other days. The event rooms must be vacated by 2.30 am at the latest and by 12.30 am during the week, as we cannot allow any further extensions out of consideration for our hotel guests and neighbours. You can, however, move your party out to the Faro Bar Club until 4.00 am.
Outdoor closing times
According to the municipal regulations, nighttime peace in Horn starts at 10 pm. From 11 pm, all outdoor areas are closed out of consideration for the other hotel guests and neighbours.
Fireworks
The legal provisions of the Swiss Explosives Act apply. We would be happy to provide you with more information or answer any questions. We kindly ask you to contact management directly. Fireworks may only be set off until 10 pm, after which time there is a nighttime peace period.
Sparklers
For safety reasons, the use of sparklers or similar items is strictly prohibited in all premises. Staff instructions must be followed. Wax candles may only be used with candle holders. No liability is assumed for fire or material damage. Any damage to furniture and equipment, in particular to the floors, will be charged to the party.
