Spacious, graceful and with a matching maritime look, the “Wave” restaurant presents itself as a place of enjoyment and well-being. On the terrace in front of the hotel, guests dine with a beautiful view over Lake Constance and the hotel’s own motor yacht, “Emily”, in the harbour.
The restaurant is open every evening from Wednesday to Sunday.
At the “Wave”, seasonal products are celebrated in an innovative way. Classics such as filleting, carving and flambéing before the guests are additional themes of the restaurant concept. Cooperation with Swiss suppliers and some regional producers ensures the shortest possible transport routes and fresh food. An exquisite wine list which includes fine wines from leading vineyards in eastern Switzerland and vintages from all over the world rounds off the culinary offer.
