Unless stated otherwise, all of the stated prices include VAT.

Payment options

In addition to cash, we accept the following cards as methods of payment: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners, EC-Direct, Maestro, Bonus Card and Postcard.

Conditions of business and cancellation for hotel guests

A booking has to be cancelled in writing. Bookings for rooms only can be cancelled without charge as follows:

Booking of 1 to 3 rooms	up to 48 hours before arrival
Booking of 4 to 6 rooms	up to 7 days before arrival
Booking of 7 to 10 rooms	up to 14 days before arrival

If these periods are exceeded, one night of the booked services is charged. This applies to non-refundable/non-cancellable rates.

Conditions of cancellation for block bookings of 10 rooms or more:

The calculation is based on the number of rooms as stated in the definitive booking confirmation.

Banquets

The agreed fee comprises the menu price multiplied by the number of persons pursuant to the definitive booking confirmation. If no menu was selcted, the fee is charged at CHF 70.00 per guest.

Please notify us of the final number of persons 14 days before the event. At least th number of persons confirmed 48 hours before the event shall be charged.

If the event has not yet been defined in detail, in addition to the gross costs of the trip per person, a menu surcharge of CHF 70.00 per person is invoiced.

Seminars

The calculation is based on the number of participants and the duration of the seminar as stated in the definitive booking confirmation.

We kindly request you to send us a list of the participants' names 21 days before the date of the event at the latest.

Cancellation of individual participants at short notice
10% of the total group can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; subsequent to this, 100% costs of the package will be invoiced, however. In the event of the failure of participants to appear and/or their premature departure, 100% of the costs of the package will be invoiced. Compensation is not provided for individual services or packages of which no use is made.

Exclusion of liability

We assume no liability as regards the correctness, accuracy, topicality, reliability and completeness of the information. Any liability claims made against the author as a result of material or immaterial damage arising from access to or the use or non-use of the published information, from the misuse of the connection, or from technical failures are excluded. All offers are without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of pages or the entire offer, or to temporarily or permanently discontinue the publication, without notification.

Under no circumstances is the Hotel Bar Horn liable to either you or a third party for any direct, indirect, specific or other consequential damages resulting from either the use of this website or a website linked with it. All responsibility for lost profits, operational interruption, the loss of programmes or other data in your information systems is also excluded. This will also apply if we have provided express notification about the possibility of any such damage.

Bad Horn competition participation conditions

The organiser of raffles/competitions is the Hotel Bad Horn, Seestrasse 36, 9326 Horn, unless otherwise noted. Any natural person can take part, apart from employees of the Bad Horn hotel company and their relatives. Persons above the age of 17 are allowed to participate.

Winners are normally informed via email and must respond within five days after notification, otherwise the prize is forfeited or given to another person. A pay-out of the value amount or parts of it is ruled out.

The personal and company-related data of the competition participants shall be collected, processed and used by the organiser to execute the raffle. The organiser reserves the right to use the data for further marketing purposes. The participants agree that pictures relating to the competition may be published online or in print media. The Hotel Bad Horn reserve the right to change guidelines and prizes.

Legal venue

All contracts concluded with the Hotel Bad Horn and all business relationships that are entered into are subject to Swiss law. The legal venue is Horn TG.
