The GaultMillau Guide awards GaultMillau chef's hats and is one of the most coveted awards in «haute cuisine», along with the Michelin stars. Up to 20 points are awarded. The «Wave» fine dining restaurant had already been awarded 14 GaultMillau points just four months after its opening in July 2020 and 15 Points in autumn 2022 as well as autumn 2023.
