The varying rooms in the seminar area can cater for 15 to 200 people to guarantee successful meetings and workshops as well as inspiring seminars and conferences. The banquet contract is legally valid with the signed reservation confirmation.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, rooms can be occupied from 3.00 pm at the earliest; on the day of departure, they are available to guests until 11.00 am.
Payment options
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include service and VAT. The Hotel reserves the right to request payment of a deposit.
We accept cash as well as the following cards as a means of payment: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners, Maestro, Postcard and Bonus Card.
For invoicing individual seminar participants to the company address, a written undertaking to cover the costs is required from the company in advance.
Seminar cancellation conditions

The calculation is based on the number of participants and the duration of the seminar, as stated in the definitive booking confirmation.
Deviations of more than 5% in the number of participants confirmed until 24 hours before the event will be charged in full. (Hotel rooms, menu and flat-rate fees)
We ask you to send us a list of the names of the participants at least 21 days before the day of arrival.
Short-notice cancellation of individual participants
10% of the total group can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, after that 100% of the cost of the arrangement will be charged. In case of non-attendance or early departure of the participants, 100% of the cost of the arrangement will be charged. Individual services included in the flat-rate fee that are not used will not be reimbursed.
