Vita Alex Kunert:
Alex Kunert has already cooked in various famous Swiss kitchens. At the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, at the Grand Hotel National in Lucerne, at the Park Hotel Vitznau... But he discovered his passion when he switched to catering and increasingly replaced the stove with barbecue and smoker.
