Hotel guests have access to the indoor pool area starting at 07.00 in the morning during the entire week.

Mixed Sex spa facilities:
massage and cosmetic treatment rooms, Finnish sauna, gentle-climate sauna, steam room, experiential showers, rainforest showers, classic showers, ice corner, foot baths, Himalaya salt thermal, hamam, solarium, quiet room, lounge area with beverages and healthy snacks.

Private Spa Facilities:
Sauna, steam room, whirl-bath, experiential shower and bathroom, lounge room with fireplace, DVD cinema and hifi-music system.

Ladies-only Spa:
Bio-sauna, steam room, experiential shower and quiet zone.

Prior and Post Treatments:
Please check-in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your treatment so you have enough time to change at leisure. Please come dressed in bathrobe and slippers, which are provided in your hotel room or can be obtained at the reception. To create comfort we provide disposable slips and we always cover the clients’ body with a towel during appropriate treatments. For optimal post-treatment results, please pre-warm your muscles in the sauna or the steam room, and for sanitary reasons please shower before treatments. Should the treatment be of discomfort in any way, or the pressure not strong enough, please make sure to tell your therapist so we can provide service to your satisfaction.

After being treated, we advise that you take 20-30 minutes to rest, either in the quite zone of the spa or your hotel room. Intense bodily activity is not recommended for a few hours post-treatment, and please remember to drink lots of water or tee.

Cancelation and late arrival policy:
Should you miss an appointment or cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately the entire 100% fee must be charged. If you arrive late to your appointment, we ask for your understanding that we cannot prolong the treatment session; your treatment will end at the designated time so that the following guest does not have to wait, and the full price will be charged.

Medical/health ailments and pregnancy advisory:

In respect to Treatments

We would be very appreciative if you could inform your therapist before your treatment if you are pregnant, have any acute bodily ailments, or if you have a cold, flu or any skin allergies.

Additionally, please inform the spa receptionist if you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart ailments or allergies; if you have recently had an operation or if you are currently taking any medication; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Generally it is recommended that, under any of these circumstances, you consult a doctor prior to any spa treatment.

This information is of great importance, since alternative-healing methods can potentially worsen symptoms.

In respect to Bathing- and Sauna Facilities
If you are suffering from acute infections and contagious diseases, Infarction convalescence or venous thrombosis, then please avoid bathing and using the spa and steam room facilities.
In the first three months of pregnancy it is advised to avoid using the sauna and steam room facilities. If you are feeling queasy or uneasy, it is advised that you leave that specific area and find rest in the quiet room.

Dress Code:
Hotel guests are provided with bathrobes and slippers in their rooms, whereas external guests receive their supplies at the spa reception. For hygienic purposes, no clothes are to be worn in the saunas; however, towels are provided throughout the sauna facility, which are to be used as an underlay when passing time in the saunas.
Please be aware that the pathways to the swimming pool, to the lake, and to the lounge are clothed zone areas.

Children:

Access to the pool facility is permitted to children as long as tranquillity within the area is maintained; this is out of respect to the rest of the pool-goers. Our Emerald Green Water World is a recreation area dedicated to relaxation and enjoying leisurely swimming. We please ask parents and children to respect this guiding principle.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an elder in order to be granted access to the swimming quarters. Children over the age of 12 can use the pool unaccompanied, however please keep playing and splashing restricted to the lake outside. It is not permitted to jump or dive into pool. Children over the age of 12 may use the gym- and the sauna facilities, however only under adult supervision. Children age 16 and older can freely use the facilities at their leisure.
Please take note that the Emerald water world, the sauna area and the outdoor lake region are not supervised, for this reason we ask adults to keep good watch over their children.

Gym Facility
Please be aware that this facility is only accessible with proper sporting attire and footwear. Due to safety reasons, we cannot permit you to enter the gym barefoot, wearing only socks, or slippers. To keep our equipment sanitary for subsequent gym-goers, please be so kind as to wipe down the machinery and mats after use; Paper towels and disinfectant spray are available for this purpose.

Code of conduct:
The Emerald spa is a place for reenergising and relaxing, therefore we ask you to please be respectful by maintaining the peace. Using cell phones and smoking is prohibited throughout the entire spa facility. For hygienic reasons it is requested that guests shower prior to entering the pool- and sauna areas and that long hair is tied back. Also, after utilizing the steam room please rinse down before entering the swimming pool area. Furthermore, it is appreciated that guests do not pre-reserve lounge chairs with their towels. The use of all spa facilities is at each users own discretion; the staff assumes no liability or supervisory responsibilities.

Valuables:
We advise to keep your valuables in the safe provided in your room, or perhaps even to leave your valuables at home. We cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen items at the spa.

Lake access and Swimming pool quarters:
Please take note that there is no lifeguard present; for this reason we ask you to be cautious when swimming and being rambunctious around and within the swimming quarters. Parents please take special care of your children.
